Shipping policy

Perfume Boy provides fast, free shipping across Canada.No minimum order requirements. We usually ship the day order is placed barring circumstances beyond our control.We also provide delivery within 25 km of our location for a minimum order size of $99 or more. There is nominal delivery fee of $19.99. We strive to do quick delivery in 3 hour period provided the product is in stock. Our detailed policy regarding shipping of products is as follows-

1. once order is placed, packed and shipping label is created but package is waiting to be picked up by shipping carrier, cancellation request will incur $10 charge for the service provided. If the shipping label has not been created there will not be a charge and full refund will be processed.

2.If the order has been picked up by the shipping carrier, then the shipment cannot be stopped and the product must be returned on receipt. At that point our return/refund policy apply.
