Delivery Times: 

Our hours of Operations are Monday To Friday 9 AM-4 PM. Orders are processed throughout the day during hours of operation. If not, they are processed the following business day. We take pride in our quick processing of our orders which makes us Canada's No.1 fragrance place.

All orders will receive a tracking number confirmation as soon as the order has been processed. You will also receive the Email , when the product is in various stages of delivery. Also a confirmation Email of Final Delivery. For any further information or inquiries you can contact us.

We are pleased to announce our partnership with Canada Post and UPS, allowing us to serve you better . The below schedule outlines delivery time :

Ontario: Delivery within 1-3 business days of shipping

Quebec: Delivery within 1-3 business days of shipping

All Other Provinces delivered within 5 business days, excl. rural areas and NT/NU/Yukon, which my take up to 14 business days

 

Delivery Attempts

Canada Post will make 1 delivery attempt to residential addresses. If you are not home, a notice will be left at your door and you must arrange to pickup the parcel at a local post office, as specified on the notice. If a failed delivery attempt is made, you must pickup the parcel at the post office within 10 business days.

Rest assured, 80% of the time, the local post office is located within 2km from your home residence. 

If your parcel is not picked up within 10 days, it will be returned to us. We will at that time refund your purchase LESS the shipping cost.
